A very bery strawberry birthday
I have fallen for these strawberry papers and embellishments. They have kept me busy for hours making all sorts of things. If I hadn't already designed my daughter's birthday party decorations, invites, and favors then I might have chosen this collection.

Birthday Party Pre Show
OK, the big day is almost here, my girls double birthday. Victoria will be 9 and Elizabeth will be 3. On the same day. I have been planning, printing, and decorating big time here to get ready. Here are a few pics before the actual party of things I have made. There will definitely be more to come.
These are our puppy adoption certificates for one of our activities. The girls will be passing out webkinz to their guests to take home.
Various decorations here:
And of course the invitation too!

Much more to come in a few days after the BIG event. With real live people. Can't wait!

Father's Day Printables - DIY
So this weekend I was in full Father's Day mode. I made some cards and water bottle wrappers that can be printed on a home computer. I never made these wrappers before but I think they would look great at any party. There's lots more at my shop 3PeasPrints I am definitely going to make more of them. Its great when you can do something so simple by yourself (like these wrappers) that makes the day a little bit more special. I actually haven't decided what I am doing for Father's Day. Most likely I'll be in the kitchen a lot. Hmm..

Custom Photo Birthday Invitations I Can't Choose Just One
So, the big double birthday of my 2 girls is coming up in July. Victoria will be 9 and Elizabeth will be 3, both on July 3rd. So, I am perusing all of my party options. Below are a few of my favorite cards. I am thinking about trying to make some more tropical themed ones or even a carnival theme. The ideas never stop coming. Visit my shop to see more.

Custom Photo Birthday Invitations
Here's something new from me. I am trying my hand at custom photo birthday and baby shower invitations and baby birth announcment creations on Etsy. Its been really fun so far. These two cards I really like because of the bright stripes and the cowboy/cowgirl theme. What I like about making cards is that they are smaller and you finish them really quick. I get that happy feeling much faster that way. Speaking of happy feelings, I am happy to be visiting my lonely blog today. I am really going to try and stop by here more often. It seems as if I wander down so many rabbit holes on the internet that I often forget where I was going. Hmm.... Check out my store!

Happy New Year
Oh my lonely little blog...I can't believe I haven't posted in almost a month. December is such a crazy time especially dealing with those two broken arms that Victoria had. Luckily, I had a nice vacation this past week and I did some major scrapping and scrap shopping too. Later this month I hope to do some actual printing. That's where I have my scrapbook layouts printed and bound in a gorgeous hardcover album. I hope to have 2008 completed and ready for printing anyday now. Its so fun looking back and seeing my kids in such smaller versions. You really do forget. With Elizabeth I just laugh at her dark haired baby pictures because she's a blondie now. Here is a beautiful layout that I am very proud of from Christmas 2008. Notice the brown haired soon to be blond baby :). The kit is from Kristin Cronin-Barrow Tis the Season for Joy. Oh, I love this kit and I could scrap Christmas pictures all day long. In fact, I think I will do that right now. Enjoy.

Christmas Cards
Christmas cards are a coming. Seriously I am super excited that I actually designed and oredered real Christmas Cards this year. It has never been "my thing" to do Christmas cards but this year was different. First, we took those great family portraits in November which was a very special event. Secondly, I am so in love with digital scrapbooking that I couldn't wait to design my own card. Thirdly, now that I am an independent creative memories consultant I had to try their card printing services. So, below is the front and back of my card. I used a kit by Rosey Posey called Un Peu de Paix. I absolutely adore the dark emerald blue with the silver contrasts. What a fun kit to design with. I changed my photos to black and white and it all came together very nicely. Enjoy.
